The Good Governance Group Foundation (G3F) was established in 2010 as an independent charity, providing bespoke pro-bono strategic advice and capacity building grants to other charities and non-profit organisations operating in challenging or unfamiliar environments.

Through G3F, G3 is committed to using its expertise and resources to benefit communities and environments around the world. G3F is supported by an on-going commitment of 1% of G3’s annual profits, as well as 1% of our staff time and expertise, and a yearly donation of funds to cover annual running costs.

G3F’s activities are governed by an independent board of Trustees under the Chairmanship of Lord (Paddy) Ashdown.
